Role Overview

Wheels Up Private Jets is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wheels Up. Its services include Private Membership, Aircraft Management, Maintenance, FBO services, Charter Operations, and Aircraft sales. Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Specialist, Customer Resolution in Chamblee, GA to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings. 

The Resolution Specialist will work within a regional Sales unit, assisting the Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Sales Executives by solving critical problems for their customers. This individual will regularly collaborate with various departments in order to expedite resolutions that can be effectively delivered back to the client, helping maintain an exceptional member experience and restore the Sales team’s focus on revenue-generating efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales team by troubleshooting daily problems that hinder selling capacity:
    • Billing, Invoices, Payment Methods
    • Tech-related faults via App, Website, Atlas
    • Operational disruptions and follow-up details
    • Medallion & SkyMiles processing
  • Verify accuracy of solutions to ensure a satisfactory resulting member experience
  • Articulate solutions clearly to Sales team, partnering with the individual contributors to deliver closure to the client
  • Maintain constructive working relationship between Sales and departments that critically impact member experience (Accounting, Member Services, Care, Tech)
  • Reduce friction between customers and aforementioned departments to allow for higher selling engagement by the Sales team
  • Identify and report leading internal barriers to Sales Enablement unit for escalation and structural improvement; report to Director of Sales Support with dotted-line reporting to regional Sales VP
  • Meet responsiveness and completion percentage metrics established by Sales Enablement leadership along with additional duties determined by Director

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience required. Preferred focus in Business, Communications, or Operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to improve client experience through a problem-solving approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise between Sales organization and numerous departments across the company

Salary Range

The wage range for this position (up to $70,000) is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
