Position Summary: | |
Is responsible for providing a continuum of care for guests of the Center for Women and Children through case management, involving a thorough assessment and identification of each guest's resources, talents, skills and interests including a plan to identify and achieve personal goals. Key Duties of this position include general case management activities, mentoring, discipleship, counseling, as well as teaching and managing groups when needed. |
