Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives for a charitable non-profit organization. Help develop sales team. Management and provide leadership expertise to coordinate sales team. Ensure sales representatives perform as per expectations and attain sales targets. Support and help sales executives to close sales if required.
Participate in weekly meetings with non-profit leadership. Supports overall sales by giving presentations, following up on sales leads and creating special accounts for sales team.
Develop professional close relations and maintain regular communication with reps, customers and internal staff. Represent company in community events, associations and meetings to promote products and programs. Identify customer needs, develop collateral and determine product pricing and discount rates.
Plan and execute annual sales meeting. Develop and implement facility sales and marketing strategy. Develop and maintain an external network of peers and customers. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
