We are WGP Property Management, a growing property management company and we are looking for our next Community Manager to oversee our manufactured housing community in the North Charleston/ Summerville area. This role is ideal for someone who can wear many different hats, leap tall buildings in a single bound while assisting with residents, managing rent collection and notice processing, new home sales and other operational tasks, including park clean up and resident lot compliance, which will be a central focus of this role.
This position will cover two communities, one is Summerville and the other in North Charleston, SC. It is about 35 minute drive from each other.
Our ideal candidate will have worked in park or property management, hospitality, project management or other customer supervisory role. While a typical week will be Monday through Friday, your hours may be flexible, totalling 40 hours a week. You should expect to tour or walk the community several times per week, in all climates. Occasionally this role may require light maintenance, coordinating vendor work and other maintenance related tasks.
