Purpose
Provide immediate Attention, Answers & Solutions to customers in need while affording the managers and sales team the appropriate time to be Brand Ambassadors while delivery of a WOW experience.
What You’ll Do
  • Wow customers with engaging and supportive connections
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer inquires
  • Make customers a top priority, while creating a personalized experience
  • Work independently and within the team to generate creative solutions

  • Ability to carry a varying workload based on seasonality and day/time of the week
  • Proficient at multitasking
  • Alleviate heightened emotions and deescalate situations
  • Ability to work | Monday - Friday, 10am-5pm | occasional evening and weekend shifts
