Studio Partner Responsibilities:
As a Studio Partner with We Whiten, you'll spearhead effective management strategies, deploy cutting-edge marketing tactics, showcase consultative sales prowess, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your primary aim will be to propel studio sales and ensure the location's success within the market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of We Whiten treatments and retail products, exceeding performance targets while elevating the customer journey.
• Oversee daily operations, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and guide the team in resolving customer issues to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist, providing clear guidance, continuous training, and mentorship to team members.
• Manage operational facets such as inventory control, orders, and adherence to labor regulations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that values employees, acknowledges performance, and promptly addresses concerns.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Studio Partner role at We Whiten will demonstrate a passion for sales, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of sales and management experience in service or retail sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record as a revenue driver.
• Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capacity to engage in various physical tasks.
• Comfort with technology and computer usage.
• Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.
