We are currently in search of a Studio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind one of our We Whiten studios, operating as an entrepreneur within our framework. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales efforts of We Whiten treatments and retail products, ensuring performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and resolve customer issues to ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to team members.
  • Manage inventory, orders, and compliance with employment laws to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture that values employee contributions and fosters teamwork.

Duties:
Customer Service:

  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset among team members.
  • Address guest service issues and scheduling challenges proactively.
  • Deliver exceptional service and introduce clients to our products and treatments.

Sales:

  • Lead sales initiatives and foster a culture of sales excellence.
  • Set and achieve sales goals by motivating and training the team.
  • Demonstrate sales expertise and drive growth through marketing efforts.

People:

  • Recruit and retain talented team members.
  • Support team development and encourage collaboration and improvement.
  • Train and mentor Whitening Specialists to exceed expectations.

Business Analytics:

  • Analyze business trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop action plans based on performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to implement strategies for success.

Administration:

  • Manage inventory, payroll, and employee schedules efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales, management, and customer service experience required.
  • Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue and achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in retail sales analytics and goal setting.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for ownership.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Basic physical tasks such as reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 25lbs.
  • Comfortable using technology for administrative tasks.

Personality/Other:

  • Confidence, adaptability, and discretion.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and accountability.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
