Studio Partner
We Whiten is currently looking for a Studio Partner to play a crucial role in one of our studios. As a Studio Partner, you will act as an independent "owner," managing the business with a competitive base salary, a lucrative bonus plan, and an annual share of the location's profits. This unique role offers entrepreneurial individuals the opportunity to build a successful career within a profit-sharing model that rewards talent and dedication. The Studio Partner will apply effective management strategies, utilize marketing techniques, demonstrate consultative sales skills, and uphold exceptional customer service standards to exceed performance targets. This position demands excellence in driving studio sales and ensuring the location's success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of We Whiten treatments and retail products, surpassing performance goals and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintain a clean and safe environment, and lead the team in resolving customer issues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist, setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and conducting regular performance reviews to empower team members.
  • Manage operational aspects such as inventory management, orders, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, performance is recognized, and issues are addressed promptly and fairly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the team.
  • Proactively address guest service issues and scheduling challenges.
  • Provide outstanding service and introduce clients to our teeth whitening products and treatment plans.

Sales:

  • Lead as the primary Whitening Specialist and cultivate a sales-oriented culture.
  • Set and achieve sales goals by motivating the team and leading by example.
  • Provide training and guidance on product and treatment plan sales.

People:

  • Recruit and retain top talent.
  • Support team development and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening procedures and mentor Whitening Specialists to exceed expectations.

Business Analytics:

  • Take ownership of business performance and reap the rewards of ownership.
  • Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively communicate action plans and assess business performance.

Administrative:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks such as inventory management and payroll.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Studio Partner for We Whiten will possess a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. They will be self-motivated, willing to work hard to achieve results in their "own" business, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of sales and management experience in service or retail industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a revenue generator.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform various physical activities.
  • Comfort with technology and computer usage.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.

Personality/Other:

  • Confidence in skills and ability to adapt to varying schedules.
  • Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Acceptance of constructive criticism.
  • Driven, accountable, and self-sufficient leadership qualities.
  • History in beauty industries such as med spas, esthetics, or pharmaceutical sales thrives in these roles.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
