- Conduct outside sales activities to attract potential customers
- Utilize software systems to manage customer information and sales processes
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for increased sales
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automotive products and services (onsite training)
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Multilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse customer base
- Collaborate with sales management to achieve sales targets
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote vehicles and close deals
Experience
- Strong background in customer service and sales
