Weston Associates Mgmt Co. Inc. is Hiring a Property Manager Near Brockton, MA

We are a family owned Real Estate Development and Management Company. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our apartment communities in Brockton, MA.

The Property Manager is responsible for:

  • The day to day operations of assigned properties
  • Manage timely collection and deposits of all rents and fees.
  • Developing marketing strategies and policies to meet occupancy goals
  • Completion of resident recertification’s
  • Ensure all property resident files are organized, complete, and accurate.
  • Subsidy billing
  • Oversight of the maintenance team

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of affordable housing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HUD/LIHTC regulations and procedures
  • Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneSite Property Management software programs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Team Management skills
