Job Description

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay has a Full-Time opening for an HRIS & Data Analyst in our Human Resources department.

Our Full-Time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits on the first day of employment!

What will I do?

• Ensure data integrity
• Build, maintain and modify the HRIS systems, configurations and end user access.
• Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS errors.
• Generates and manages reports
• Test system changes
• Write and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities

What do I need for this role?

• HR or related degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
• 2 years of HRIS administration experience
• Business Intelligence reporting
• Must be proficient in excel
• Experience building, maintaining, and modifying UltiPro/UKG Modules
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
