Overview:
Westgate Resorts Event Marketing Division is seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Event Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will
be proficient in sales, possess a strong background in business-to-consumer
(B2C) sales with a track record of high success, and demonstrate exceptional
leadership skills. The primary responsibility of the Event Sales Manager is to
lead the sales team in selling vacation packages across various local events.
This position requires a willingness to work weekends and holidays as
necessary, as sales performance is the key metric of success.

Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the hospitality or vacation industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
