Western Earthworks, LLC is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Northampton, MA

YOU MUST BE: organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Competitive salary based on experience

The primary responsibilities in this role include (but not limited to):

-Create, execute, oversee, and manage construction projects, scheduling, materials, scope of work, execution of plans, project costs and change orders, and monitor progress and compliance

-Communication with field crews, contractors and subcontractors to ensure project workflow and quality of work

-Compile and oversee financial project reports

-Review all drawings and specs thoroughly and in a timely manner, ensuring that any design deficiencies and unclear details are discussed and resolved

-Communicate to all levels of leadership, management and employees, customers, clients, engineers, contractors and subcontractors all matters of relative importance and proactively solve project challenges

-Provide technical advice or engineering expertise to field operation teams to assist with project challenges
-Respond to project work delays, emergencies, and other unforeseen project related challenges

Applicants should possess the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or project management in the construction field. Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.
