DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Computer Operator III performs duties as the Data Manager for Human Systems Integration, Performance data and RAM data. Participates in the DAG and the RAM Scoring Conference. Processes scheduled routines that present few difficult operating problems (e.g., infrequent or easily resolved error conditions). In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, this worker applies standard operating or corrective procedure, refers problems that do not respond to preplanned procedure, and may serve as an assistant operator, working under general supervision. Performs other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Review the Operational Test Plan and provide input
• Review the pattern of analysis and provide input
• Develop data crosswalks across test documents, forms, and the database tables
• Develop the data collection forms and instructions for completion
• Provide input to the Detailed Test Plan to include all test related training materials, slides, practical exercises, and exams
• Prepare quality control requirements and training plans for the data reduction and data collection teams
• Supervise the data management team
• Be responsible for viewing of the data anomalies or requests for modification and providing timely resolution
• Performing twice daily data backups of the databases
• Work directly with the government analysts for deliverable products
• Develop government required reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

Three years’ experience in automated data processing or other similar administrative occupation. Prior military service is preferred due to the close working relationship with the government Soldiers and civilians. Must be able to travel and be fit to work in a field environment. Must be able to traverse steps in a hanger.

• Must have RAM Data Management experience with OTERAM and ODIN applications.
• Must have ATOM and EWSS experience in data management.
• Must have at least two years of experience as a RAM Data Manager on operational tests.
• At least 2 years of experience in data management working in RAM
• At least 2 years of experience supporting a RAM Scoring Conference
• Must demonstrate proficiency
• Must have at least 3 years of experience with MS Access, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

• US Citizenship is Required
• Active SECRET security clearance is required
• Common Access Card and Local Area Network account required.
• Valid State driver's license and car insurance for access to military installations and travel

PAY: $24.22. This is a Service Contract Act position, subject to all conditions of the Service Contact Act.
