Westdale Asset Management is Hiring a Groundskeeper Near Austin, TX
Rate : $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Responsibilities
- Walking the property grounds and common areas
- Picking up trash and debris
- Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and / or Assistant Community Manager.
