WestCorp Management Group is looking for a
Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to assist in the overall completion of a unit turnover! We are looking for technicians with experience in painting, appliance repairs, renovations, projects, and on call emergencies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

•Self-starter attitude and reliable

•Complete all daily work order requests

•Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools

•Preventative maintenance

•Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair:

•Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Dishwashers, etc.

•Drywall, Paint, etc.

•Light fixtures

•Minor and major repair of common areas

•Scheduled inspections of premises may include:

•A/C Compressors

•Roofs and Stairs

•Parking Areas

•Laundry Facilities

•Trash Enclosures

•Walkways

•Exterior Lighting

•Must have your own tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
