Job Overview:

Westbury Toyota has an immediate opening in our Motor Vehicle Department for an experienced DMV Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Title and register vehicles in NY
- stocking in cars
- Wholesale transactions
- Calling banks for titles
- Out of State transactions
-Dealer swaps
- coding and posting DMV checks
- Type documents and correspondence accurately

- Sending all title and registration applications to be processed within the allotted timeline

- Maintain that all transactions are handled within NYS DMV regulations
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person

Qualifications:
- Prior DMV experience a MUST
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- knowledge of NYS VERIFI system
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast passed environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
