Job Title: Security Guard/Officer

Duties:

- Must be able to work with guard dog
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of, tenants, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises
- Patrol premises and buildings regularly to maintain order and establish a presence
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Investigate and prepare reports on incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid security license or certification preferred
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military service is a plus
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong observation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- First aid and CPR certification is desirable

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 29 per week
