We are looking for a professional security officer to join our team at a commercial property on the city's north side. The primary responsibility of the officer is to provide a safe and secure exterior environment for employees and visitors while maintaining high visibility and serving as a visual deterrent. Officer will conduct regular patrols around the property via a motorized patrol unit. In addition, the officer will be responsible for providing a high level of alertness of the activity on the premises and monitoring all suspicious vehicles/persons. 
Schedule:

• Sunday | 06:00AM - 2:00PM
• Monday | 06:00AM - 2:00PM
• Tuesday | 06:00AM - 2:00PM
• Wednesday | 06:00AM - 2:00PM
• Thursday | 06:00AM - 2:00PM
• Total weekly hours = 40hours (set schedule with one hour lunch break daily)

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest that enters the premise in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor guests to their general destination within the property
• Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents on the exterior of the property
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property
• Conduct regular patrols of the grounds to identify and address any potential security issues
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a concierge-like demeanor
• Operate a state of-the-art mobile patrol unit during hours of operation
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
