Job description

Seeking an EXPERIENCED Lead Maintanence Technician , you will coordinate workers and oversee day-to-day maintenance operations. Additionally, you will organize a schedule and tasks for your team each day, ensure health and safety standards are observed, and that work is completed within deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform all maintenance tasks on a schedule including replacement of HVAC filters, toilet flapper checks, and other scheduled preventative maintenance.

· Attend service calls and maintenance requests.

· Complete work orders.

· Perform inspections of roofs, buildings and common areas, and present deferred maintenance and other findings to management.

· Remodel apartments including flooring, painting, cabinets, ceiling tiles, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, change locks, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to lift to one hundred (100) pounds.

· Have 3 years of maintenance or construction experience.

. MUST have HVAC license/cerifiaction
