Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Flexibility is required for occasional 7am start or 6pm finish.

Westaff' s customer service, recruiting role, in talent acquisition focuses on customer service to both our associates and clients. Strong communication, collaboration skills, organization and an affinity for multitasking and details are necessary to succeed in this human resources position.
What customer service representatives should expect:
-Full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, high level and clerical positions, including sourcing, screening, on-boarding as well as other human resource related tasks.
- Maintain recruiting metrics discussed weekly
Provide timely communication to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience
- Utilize various job board platforms, software and other innovative recruiting practices to maintain proactive talent pipelines
- Strategically plan for upcoming and new events including career fairs or special events
- Identify recruiting process improvements to scale to hiring needs
- On-site visits, interactions and training at various client locations
Ideally, you should have:
Experience within a high-growth, fast paced company
Social media and recruiting sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Interest in working with many personality and behavior types
