At West Oaks Outpatient Katy Clinic, we provide a broad continuum of outpatient mental health services for adolescents, adults and seniors. Our entire staff has been trained in a treatment model of social learning and positive reinforcement that promotes positive behaviors. Outpatient programs teach life skills and coping mechanisms intended to enrich patients’ lives.
We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults. Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient.
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions about treatment options and insurance coverage.

West Oaks Outpatient Clinics is seeking a dynamic and talented Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care under the direction of a Clinical Director for adults, adolescents, children and geriatric patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. Responsible for using the Nursing process to effectively manage the Plan of Care for each patient based on appropriate standards, policies and procedures. The RN is also supported in professional development to enhance practice and the profession.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing either through ADN, Diploma or BSN Program.
- Licensure and certification Required: Current Texas State Registered Nurse licensure. CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications.
- Experience Required: None. Preferred: Two years of outpatient psychiatric nursing and/or medical/surgical experience.
