The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service.As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in implementing, supporting, and maintaining our technology infrastructure. You will collaborate with a team to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement system upgrades and patches. You will be responsible for assisting with monitoring system health, ensuring data security and backup, and managing user accounts and permissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for repairs of end-user devices.We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.
