The primary purpose of a 21st CCLC After School Instructor is to provide high-quality expanded learning opportunities for students and their families. The Instructors will monitor students during all portions of the program including academic time, enrichment time, and all other times the program is in session. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Establish and maintain working relationships with students, program staff, administration, families, and community partnersFulfill teaching responsibilities as assigned by the Site DirectorAttends all required meetingsMaintain appropriate recordsEnsure safe a supportive environment for all studentsJob Requirements:Must be able to pass a background checkMust be able to pass an Arkansas Child Maltreatment CheckDependable attendance is requiredRates of Pay: Certified Instructor - $30 per hourClassified Instruction - $20 per hourHigh School Student - $15 per hour
