Overview:
Scheyden Eyewear is a leading brand in Golf and Aviation eyewear. We are a small (but growing) company, seeking to fill an immediate position for an Customer Service/Administrative assistant who will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, emails and assisting customers and inhouse reps and ensure in the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and assist in keeping minutes and preparing reports
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
