**Summary**: Our Tech Support team is seeking someone to provide customers and end users with product and technical support and training.

**Minimum & Preferred Requirements**

* 2 4 year degree in related field (engineering or automation field preferred)

* Strong communication skills

* Strong customer service skills

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Train customers in the use of industrial automation equipment.

* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email.

* Use a database to manage and track customers and staff inquiries and issues.

* Train and assist Sales staff to help customers select products properly.

* Advise Product Managers on product development issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.

* Assist customer with issues that appear to arise from the application of the product.

* Complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records.

* Create and update training materials.

* Other related duties as assigned.
