Job Summary:

Collaborate with customers and L&S resources to understand and solve customer power challenges and provide the best solution to resolve it. Participate in the selling of power distribution equipment to existing and new L&S customers. Provide virtual customer support technical services and presentation.

Essential Functions:

• Work with L&S sales personnel to sell low voltage and medium voltage power distribution equipment, motor control centers, and power systems to existing and new L&S customers.
• Collaborate with customers and L&S territory sales managers to determine right solutions to solve customer issues and meet their power goals.
• Work with L&S territory sales managers to target, pursue and WIN business.
• Deepen and enhance relationships with key customer personnel at established accounts.
• Participate and develop pricing strategies.
• Review technical specifications and develop quotations accordingly.
• Assist customers with technical questions.
• Take the lead in coordinating large projects to ensure technical and delivery requirements are met.
• Contact suppliers for price and delivery times.
• Use CRM system for quotes and notes.
• Attend internal and external training

Secondary Functions:

• Support business as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Sound technical communication skills, ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
• Energetic, self-motivated, results orientated.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and remote PC.
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal, written).
• Authorized to work in U.S. L&S does not sponsor work visa. 

Preferred Skills:

•  2 years of experience successfully selling Electrical Products, such as MCC’s and LV & MV Power Distribution Equipment
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in a technical or business field preferred, but NOT required.

Working Conditions:

• General office area

Other Requirements:

• Able to wear PPE when in customer and shop environment.
• Observe all safety requirements.

• Salaried position with commission.
