Job Summary: 

WePartner Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Director of Acquisition & Business Development, Qualifying Broker to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, as well as fostering strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial real estate, business development, and brokerage, with a proven track record of success. This position offers the opportunity for career advancement, with the potential to move into CEO and/or partner roles within five years. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to define strategic requirements and identify partnership or acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives. 
  • Conduct competitor market and internal analyses to identify, recommend, negotiate, structure, and obtain internal approvals for potential business targets and strategic investments. 
  • Build a deep understanding of target markets and customer groups through various sources, staying abreast of commercial real estate trends and the competitive environment. 
  • Lead the organization and completion of due diligence for business development projects, ensuring effective project management from scoping to integration. 
  • Attend industry meetings and conferences to generate potential leads and opportunities for the company, fostering relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Seek out and identify potential acquisition opportunities, conducting thorough evaluations to assess their benefits and strategic fit for the company. 
  • Develop financial models to estimate cash flow and potential profitability of acquisition targets, guiding decision-making processes. 
  • Oversee the acquisition project management process, including due diligence, financial planning, closing, and integration, ensuring successful execution. 
  • Coordinate research and analysis activities to assess strategic impact and risk associated with potential acquisitions. 
  • Provide guidance and support for post-acquisition integration and transition activities, ensuring seamless integration of acquired assets into the company's portfolio. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • Active Qualifying Broker license in the state of Georgia. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate, business development, and brokerage, with a proven track record of success. 
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and analyze complex financial models. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
