District Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage multiple retail locations within a designated district
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Supervise and provide guidance to store managers and staff
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, profit loss, and expenses
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Provide training and support to store managers on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge
- Audit inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reporting
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, supervising, or district management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and making data-driven decisions
- Project management experience is a plus
- Ability to travel within the district
