Summary:

Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams. Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives. Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives. Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions. Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables. Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems. Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Commercial Banking Risks’ business needs and craft business requirements to

deliver tool functionality in a timely manner, and drive assigned program elements

through Software Development Life Cycle including: prioritization, documentation,

demonstrations, training, and support.

• Lead cross-functional teams across the business, technology, risk, and other

departments.

• Support Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering (BSA/AML) audit related activities.

• In consultation with partners, design and implement/support process improvements, to

improve speed, efficiency and accuracy of the Cornerstone application.

• Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex

business problems within technology business systems.

• Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective

and meet the relevant business requirements.

• Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require

an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business

problems.

• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business

problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions.

• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality

tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.

• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve

issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules

and deliverables.

• Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology

teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Product Owner developing complex business requirements and user

stories in the field of Customer Due Diligence (CDD).

• Extensive experience with business software applications for risk and compliance

management, preferably with knowledge of the Cornerstone application.

• Experience working in both a Waterfall and Agile SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

methodology.

• Ability to create process flows, process diagrams, user journey maps, mock-ups, and

wireframes.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills – able to present

status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner.

• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid

to senior level managers.

• Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work

sessions.

• Personal dedication and strong work ethic.

• Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, handle multiple

assignments, and prioritize one's own work.

• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical

audiences.

• Ability to take ownership of the task assigned.
