About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.

In this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business

• Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions

• Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements

• Drive solutions to reduce recovery

• Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations

• Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices

• Design complex system upgrades

• Resolve troublesome trends as they develop

• Develop a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring

• Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4 years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 4 years of application production support experience supporting web applications running in a Linux environment on webservers including Apache, application servers including Tomcat, and load balancers including F5 LTM

• 4 years of technical troubleshooting experience using monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk, publishing and maintaining technical documentation

• 4 years of experience leading multiple implementations and supporting changes to production utilizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy

• 4 years of scripting and automation experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban 

• Practical knowledge of ITIL application processes and implementation 

• Experience with Ansible automation tool 

• Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers 

• JIRA experience 

• 1 years of experience with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra 

• Advanced scripting skills specifically around automation, log rotation, data collection, error collection and alerting 

• 4 years of Web Services experience 

• 4 years of Perl or Shell experience 

• Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams 

• Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally 

• Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership 

• Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels 

• 1 year of Microsoft Windows 2012-16 Server support experience
