About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Manager will manage a team that will work closely with business lines, technology, system architecture and cross-functional leaders across Wells Fargo with responsibility for delivering insights and perspective into strategic and business planning at the Stakeholder level that improves decision-making to accelerate the pace of change. This role focuses on Enterprise to ECR alignment on future experiences, strategic outcomes, customer, business capabilities, business and operating models, people, process, technology, and information. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with multiple businesses and functional areas, and demonstrate strong reputational risk and problem resolution abilities.
In this role, you will:- Manage and develop a team of product management contributors.
- Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a less complex product or service.
- Strategize growth opportunities.
- Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies.
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives.
- Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation.
- Recommend product enhancements, support sales and marketing.
- Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies, and performance measurements.
- Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers.
- Interact directly with vendors.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Required Qualification:- 4 years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2 years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with Agile development framework and understanding of Kanban delivery.
- Understanding of data flows and data sourcing, work across enterprise data management policies and teams.
- Data operations, creating and maintaining data catalogs, support data projects and workflows, create and manage data service agreements.
- Partner with key stakeholders, enterprise data governance and product teams as well as data analytic leaders and business operational leaders.
- Experience successfully designing and leading deployment of workflow solutions within Pega, IBM and data modeling software tools.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams.
- Knowledge and understanding of customer applicable ECR policy and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies related to effective and flexible use of people, systems, structures, processes.
- Proven ability to map business capabilities to the business systems managed by IT to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplications, or gaps.
- Understanding of customer experience strategy and issue management practices.
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
