About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Perform operational mailroom duties, including incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide operational administrative offices duties including sorting and filing.
• Scanning, printing and uploading work into workflows.
• Printing, sorting and matching outgoing payments.
• Perform customer account maintenance duties.
• Evaluate the operational accounting transactions and maintenance of operational accounting controls.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers, in multiple locations, to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Office Administrator experience.
• Effective and efficient organization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
• BABS or Higher in Finance, Accounting, Analytics and Reporting.
• Experience with Property Tax Management Software (PTMS) or equivalent.
• Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel) skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work and collaborate with a partner or a team.
• Effective analytical skills.

Job Expectations:

• This is a Hybrid position which requires at least 3 days a week in office.
• The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 6 am to 6:00 pm CST. (some flexibility)
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.
