Job Role and Responsibility: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Enterprise Complaints Management Group is hiring Lead Software Engineer to lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact; act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines; design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs; review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors; make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives; collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals; lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor; design Pega Workflows and Pega PRPC User Interface; build user interface with Flow Actions, Harness and Section rules; implement various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, correspondence templates, and other rule types; program integrations with external application using Pega's Connectors, Kafka, and integration services; troubleshoot functional and performance issues, recommend corrective strategies; perform Lead Code reviews and merge rules to prepare for code promotion; attend Agile ceremonies to provide technical design guidance, requirement analysis, design approached, and over effort estimates. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or related technical field. Position requires five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

• 5 years of Pega Experie
• 3 years of Agile Experience
• 3 years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
• 2 years of PEGA implementation experience in one or combination of following: risk or complaints management
• Experience with Java and SQL
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification
