About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager who is also considered a product professional to provide delivery coordination to our Intelligent Automation Product and Project Management Office (PMO). This individual will lead and support delivery functions within the product area supporting the Chief Operations Office through the Group Portfolio Delivery Team. This person will provide support to the product teams in delivering value and understanding and working through dependencies, impediments, and risks across all product areas. They will foster team empowerment, build trusted relationships, coach product owners and team members, and help to continue to mature our Product and agile practices.
Hiring two Lead Project Managers for multiple product/program roles reporting to Greg New and Dan Windorff.
In this role, you will:- Leading cross functional teams within the product to plan, strategize, and execute the delivery of our product value and continual maturity of our product
- Partnering with the Delivery Lead and Product Owners to support product delivery, coordinating the delivery of committed outcomes, and ensuring transparency to risks, dependencies, and impediments within and outside the product
- Building and leveraging Jira and Confluence boards and content to drive greater awareness, operationalize routines, and reduce manual reporting and duplication of effort
- Partnering with Product Owners and Enablement team members to care for change readiness, communications, and training needs identification and support
- Execute the maturity roadmap for the Intelligent Automation Product; inclusive of measurements and identification of improvements
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change Management policy and procedures and additional controls that are supported by the product
- As needed, acting as Product Owner for specific product team(s) and or product area(s) on interim basis or as identified by the Product Manager
- Proactively identifying barriers and solutions to maturing our product, our tools and reporting, and growth opportunities for product team members
- Supporting the product through identification of learning opportunities and resources
- Supporting the product by assisting in interpreting enterprise and technology requirements, changes in requirements, and updates to product tools
Required Qualifications, US:- 5 years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience leading teams using Scrum and Agile Framework
- Ability to navigate, create and maintain information (boards, dashboards, defect tracking etc.) in JIRA/JIRA Align
- 1 years of experience in an Agile environment including Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) or other scaling principles
- Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment
- Risk management experience
- Experience working within Financial Services
- Ability to identify risk exposures and propose solutions
- Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
- Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
- Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
