In this role, you will:
  • Assist Division Support Manager with the operational activities across a division.
  • Work with Market Support Manager(s) to support day-to-day adherence to ensure consistent and efficient execution of the firm's operational policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the Division Support Manager to drive best practices across the division and manage escalated items to ensure timely client resolution.
  • Support firm goals to drive adoption around key CRG ease of doing business initiatives across the division
  • Work with Market Support Managers on review and approvals on behalf of the Division Support Manager
  • Liaison between key business partners and Market Support Managers
  • Assist Division Support Manager to guide talent development of Market Support Managers, Branch Support Managers and Client Associates
  • Help to support the onboarding, training, recognition, engagement for the division
Required Qualifications:
  • 4 years of Financial Services industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 9/10, and 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
Desired Qualifications:
  • FINRA registration including Series 65 or Series 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Experience leveraging Smart Station applications or other comparable investment service request related systems
  • Experience working directly with Financial Advisors, Branch Management and Branch Support
  • Proficient Microsoft Office experience focused on creating, editing, and analyzing data, specifically advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Job Expectations:
  • Registration for FINRA Series 66 or 65 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position
  • Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory
  • In addition to state registration and licensing requirements, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply
  • Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA licensing review process at the time of offer acceptance
  • For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
