About this role:

The Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance group is seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in End User Computing Tools (EUCT) governance and control. This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure compliance of EUCTs while meeting high quality standards influence the enhancement of overall risk policies and procedures. EUCT risk management is an area of expanding focus and scrutiny, requiring a vision for future expectations and an appetite for a constantly evolving process. The Lead Business Accountability Specialist role will manage and review end-user computing tool compliance activities and ensure the organization to which they are assigned has processes, controls, and monitoring in place to enable compliance with EUCT and related policies and procedures.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage projects, plan, articulate issues and communicate those issues to different audiences within the organization.
  • Act as an EUCT point of contact for Corporate Risk and providing guidance on EUCT and related policies, procedures, and training as needed.
  • Coordinate the end-user computing tool compliance activities with stakeholders and reporting to End-User Computing Tools Risk Oversight about those activities upon request.
  • Liaison with the Enterprise EUCT Governance team and provide EUCT Policy and Procedure and execution feedback.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to evaluate whether newly identified tools meet the EUCT definition.
  • Perform review of EUCTs to ensure EUCT that proper documentation and controls are provided to meet the policy requirements in system of record.
  • Inform leadership about relevant end-user computing tool risks and issues, and communicating those to End-User Computing Tools Risk Oversight
  • Document any policy violations, exceptions, or exemptions on behalf of their business group or enterprise function as needed and monitoring resolution.
  • Provide challenge on the accuracy of inventory, risk rating, controls, documentation, and control effectiveness.
  • Update coordinator procedures, program training material and documentation training material
  • Contribute towards enhancing templates utilized to gather/update data related to the EUCTs.
  • Ensure observed findings related to testing and reviews are remediated within the specified timeline.
  • Coordinate and train various participants on the EUCT program
  • Coordinate quarterly inventory LOB sub-attestations.
  • Interact and coordinate work with offshore resources that support the program.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in independent risk management, governance, or process driven roles within a business area and prior experience in EUCT’s.
  • Expert MS Excel
  • Excellent Communication and project management skills
  • Methodical and Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
