Wells Fargo is Hiring a Corporate Security Associate Manager Near CHARLOTTE, NC

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security Associate Manager responsible for the safety and protection of staff, customers, and the workplace. Will coordinate existing security operations, and initiate/develop effective physical security programs and policies. Responsible for updating the organization’s management on security threats and liaising with outside agencies, including law enforcement and other first responders.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage Corporate Security team activities in operational and security related incidents to minimize risk of criminal incidents against company, individuals, or customers
  • Ensure security policies and procedures are enforced to maintain staff and public safety, compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements within corporate security
  • Identify opportunities for security process improvement, policy and procedure enhancement, and risk control development in corporate security
  • Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to customers and colleagues, handle staffing requirements, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Corporate Security management
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and maintain knowledge of industry trends
  • Develop and maintain effective physical security program
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Corporate Security Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1 years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of DMP alarm panels, Entre, Mastermind, Remote link programs. Experience in dealing with team member and technical escalation of DMP

  • Experience leading a team in a call center/operations environment

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed or scheduled

  • Monitor, process, and troubleshoot complex alarm issues in accordance with organizations security procedures

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze false alarm issues to reduce fines

  • Lead projects and serve as escalation point to assist analysts

  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team

  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools

  • Ability to work a shift within the standard hours of operation

Base Compensation Range:

$26.58 - $47.25 USD Hourly
