About this role:

Wells Fargo is hiring multiple Customer Service Associates for our Security Movement & Control and Funding groups within the WIM (Wealth & Investment Management) Operations division to support Trust Services. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

The Security Movement & Control Group is responsible for processing distributions to include Gifting for trust accounts. They are also will receive requests for asset level coding and maintenance. The team also works to move assets to and from investment accounts.

The Funding Team is responsible for funding new trust accounts as well as processing additional funding for existing trust accounts. Responsibilities include initiating the transfer, following up with the institution to make sure the assets move timely and reconciling the assets once they arrive.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support

• Review basic or tactical customer issues regarding products and services, account questions, or account transactions with narrower impact

• Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the related policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

• Act as a primary support person for the internal partners

• Provide information to managers as well as internal and external customers to resolve client issues

• Processes internal transfer movement requests using SAM tool

• Works closely with the client onboarding team and relationship team to fund new and existing trust accounts

Required Qualification:

• 6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Asset movement experience

• Experience with ACAT transfers

• Securities and/or securities operations experience

• Financial industry experience

• Prior experience working in a call center

• Trust experience

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Effective organization, multitasking, and prioritizing skills

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment

• Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions

• Solid problem-solving skills
