About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director - Authorization, Optimization, Implementation, Controls leader within the Fraud and Claims Management organization. This role will lead strategic change management, optimization, advanced analytics, and will drive new proposed strategic execute process and strategy improvements, customer experience, and will focus on loss mitigation, and Delivery.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead change management and optimize advanced analytics to propose and execute process improvements, balancing customer experience with loss mitigation. Deliver with quality and accuracy.
  • Lead issue management activities; proactively identifying and mitigating operational risk, loss mitigation, and reputation risk issues.
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, external vendors, leaders, and executive management to develop effective ways to mitigate risk with system enhancements, leveraging best practices, and new data/tools.
  • Manage, develop, and guide a culture of talent development to support strategic initiatives and meet business objectives while ensuring successful planning, change control / integration, impasse resolution with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
  • Manage Team responsible for change control / integration / rule deployment of our fraud loss mitigation rules. (Actimize, Advance Defense, Falcon)
  • Manage Quality Assurance functions including monitoring activities associated with program deployment, rule changes, gap analysis, regulatory compliance, and platform management. (RCSA)
  • Proactively anticipate issues and promote problem resolution. Promote full end to end evaluation.
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to complex deliverables.
  • Support Business Continuity Plans
Required Qualifications:
  • 8 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 4 years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 8 years fraud business execution & strategic planning
  • 6 years direct management experience
  • Comprehensive financial services industry experience, including authorization processing, fraud mitigation controls, platform management, statistical analysis, network experience, and knowledge of rules / regulations.
  • Strong process and project management skills with ability to lead the team, prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Builds & maintains relationships and trust with staff members, business partners, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and retain top talent
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and advanced statistical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, isolate root cause, recommend solutions, and drive for resolution.
  • Ability to offer credible challenge to enhance policies and procedures toward meeting business objectives.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency, particularly towards deadlines, audit and exam responses, and recruiting.
