• About this role: 

  Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant (BEC) to support Consumer Collections and Servicing (CCS) Business Implementation Management (BIM) team. 

  This BEC will serve as a Kanban lead for a non-technical implementation team that supports customer communications updates. Communications supported are primarily customer letters. The Kanban lead is expected to facilitate regular Kanban ceremonies/meetings, oversee the work of the team and drive continuous improvement leveraging Agile methodology. 

   
  In this role, you will: 

  • Own scheduling, planning and facilitation of regular Kanban ceremonies (daily stand up, replenishment/refinement, retrospective, monthly stakeholder call, etc.) 

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the team while partnering with the functional manager 

  • Build and maintain good working relationships within BIM, various product teams and the larger CCS organization we directly support 

  • Provide work direction and guidance to kanban team 

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance to ensure objectives and deadlines are met 

  • Identify and implement process improvements 

   
  Required Qualifications, US: 

  • 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 

   
  Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience as a kanban lead or scrum master 

  • Experience using data and reporting to make decisions and inform stakeholders 

  • Understanding of Agile methodology 

  • Experience using Jira 

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including attention to detail 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important 

  • Experience developing partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts across multiple business functions 

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency

  • Effective critical thinking and credible challenge skills 

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
