Wellist is seeking a Resource Specialist reporting into our Directory Team in our Boston office. You will make life easier for employees, patients, and their families by providing access to valuable resources such as financial assistance, emotional support, transportation, and beyond.

You will work on a team to identify, validate, and write listings for resources that meet Wellist's quality standards so that employees, patients and caregivers can find the help they need so they can focus on their health and wellness journey. 

What You Will Do 

• Identify potential resources that match geographic and content requirements for clients. Qualify resources based on Wellist’s quality standards. 
• Contact vendors and service-providers to verify accuracy of information and negotiate discounts on behalf of patients and employees. 
• Work with outsourced partners to ensure they are meeting quantity and quality standards.
• Audit and update listings on a regular basis to ensure the vendor listings remain accurate and up-to-date. 
• Work together with the Directory team to exceed Wellist’s marketplace quality and productivity standards. 

What You Bring to Wellist 

• Minimum three years of call center experience; ideally outbound (inbound also will be considered). Ability to structure complex work such that nothing gets dropped. 
• Proficiency with software: internet searches, Microsoft (Word/Excel), Google (Docs/Sheets).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a fluency in English is required.
• Professionalism - be on-time, reliable and have a positive attitude. 
• Ability to understand and work with large datasets. 
• Able to hit deadlines. 
• Attention to detail.
