THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Director, SMB Revenue to our Revenue team in the US! 

As a member of the B2B leadership team, this pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader responsible for spearheading revenue growth within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. As the SMB Revenue Sr Director, you will merge the realms of sales and client success to forge a unified front that drives substantial business development and nurtures long-term client relationships. This role demands a sophisticated blend of strategic sales planning, team leadership, and an unwavering focus on achieving and surpassing revenue targets. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales and client success strategies, ensuring we deliver on our mission while empowering SMBs through our solutions.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Architect and execute innovative sales strategies that significantly increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the SMB segment, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales and client success teams, promoting best practices, skill development, and high performance.
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to inform decision-making, optimize sales processes, and identify growth opportunities, ensuring a data-driven approach to revenue generation.Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, aligning sales and client success objectives with overall company goals, thereby maximizing SMB new MRR growth and ensuring cohesive efforts across departments.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the SMB market, leveraging insights to tailor strategies that meet the unique needs of this segment, thereby positioning the company as a preferred partner for SMBs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, instilling a sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering exceptional results.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales and client success, ideally within the SMB segment, with a strong emphasis on SaaS or technology-based solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that have significantly increased revenue and market share.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams, with a focus on developing talent and building a culture of success and accountability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with extensive experience in utilizing sales and analytics tools to drive decision-making and performance.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation within the SMB segment, demonstrating expertise in both sales and client success domains.An exceptional leader who inspires and motivates, with extensive experience in building, mentoring, and leading diverse teams towards achieving ambitious sales targets and delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Highly skilled in communication and relationship building, adept at fostering strong internal and external partnerships, and excelling in stakeholder management.
  • Data-savvy, with a strong acumen for leveraging data analytics, KPIs, and market insights to drive strategic decisions, optimize performance, and identify new opportunities.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a keen focus on delivering results.
  • Deeply committed to continuous learning and development, both at a personal and team level, fostering an environment where feedback and constructive dialogue drive collective growth.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered an advantage.

The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program. We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees. Our US HQ is in New York City. We are currently set up to hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
