Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is a 120-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Tacoma, Washington. We are Department of Health and Joint Commission accredited. We are an acute care psychiatric hospital providing care to both voluntary and involuntary patients.

We are looking for a strong candidate that possess strong leadership and clinical skills as this position is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of an assigned unit(s) to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost-efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and nursing practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. This leader must have exceptional communication skills as they will be interacting with all levels of staff. Wellfound is located on the beautiful South Puget Sound in Washington. We are an hour drive away from the beautiful Cascade Mountain range, and Mount Rainier. This area is known for an outdoor lifestyle including boating, biking, hiking, and skiing. Tacoma is the second largest city in Washington state. There is access to concert venues, sports arenas, and a thriving micro-brewery and spectacular wine community.
