Job Summary for COTA:
WELLBOUND Certified Home Health Agency is currently seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our team to provide services to our Special needs and pediatric clientele. There is 1:1 paid training, supportive staff, virtual onboarding and an abundance of available resources.
Responsibilities of a COTA:
- Providing 30 minute sessions to our pediatric department
- Following through with assigned cases/visits
- Timely submission of documentation
- Working alongside the OT during the initial evaluation to implement POC
- Implement and carry out co-developed plan of care
Qualifications / Requirements for a COTA:
- Licensed as a COTA in New York State
- NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY
- Covid-19 Vaccination Required
