About WELLBOUND Certified Home Health Agency:
We are currently seeking dedicated interdisciplinary therapists to serve our adult population in an assisted living facility. Join us for paid training, active leadership, and access to abundant resources! We're rapidly expanding to other Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), offering exciting opportunities.
Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: The Arbors Assisted Living - Hauppauge
Roles/Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing skill areas such as fine and gross motor skills, visual motor skills, sensory and emotional regulation, cognition, etc., as they relate to adult occupations.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide effective and timely communication.
Qualifications / Requirements for Physical Therapist:
- Valid NYS Professional License
Job Rate for Physical Therapist:
- $95 per visit
