WELLBE INTRODUCTION

The WellBe care model is a Physician Led Advanced Practice clinician driven geriatric care (care of older adults) team focused on the care of the frail, poly-chronic, elderly Medicare Advantage patients. This population is typically underserved and very challenged with access to care. To address these problems, we have elected to bring the care to the patient, instead of trying to bring the patient to the care. Care is provided throughout the entire continuum of care from chronic care and urgent care in the home, to hospital, to skilled nursing facility, to assisted living, to palliative care, to end of life care. WellBe's physician/advanced practicing clinician led geriatric care teams partner with the patients primary care physician to provide concierge level geriatric medical care and social support in the home as well as delivering and coordinating across the entire care continuum.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Wellbe is looking for a Data Integration Engineer to join the Data and Clinical Solutions team. You will have strong ownership and accountability over creating new data transfer channels and managing and maintaining the successful daily operations of receiving and delivering files supporting new and existing customers and partners. As a Data Integration Engineer you will be a member of our highly technical production support team, who develops, pro-actively monitors, performs wellness checks and observes the status of File Transfer in the Production and Development environments. You will be focused on the daily goal of meeting established business Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for WellBes internal/external customers, through the utilization of the monitoring and triage tools provided, with emphasis on problem resolution, root cause investigation, providing level one and two problem detection, determination and resolution function, vendor engagement, maintenance of event/outage logs and assistance with hardware and software patch/product updates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business analysts, to develop data pipelines and implement analytical solutions. Additionally, you will monitor and manage support ticket queues, address end user issues and ensure solutions meet or exceed WellBe data security and privacy controls.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of file transfer protocols. Eg: SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, Connect-Direct, FTP-SSL.
• Understanding of PGP encryption/signature and SSH/SSL keys and certificates.
• Knowledge of any FTP tools. Eg: GoAnywhere MFt, Axway Secure Transport Enterprise, TIBCO, IBM Sterling, etc.
• Knowledge of connectivity failures and troubleshooting methods for FTP issues
• Brief idea about DNS, IP, port numbers, Load balancers and similar network concepts
• Experience in Netcool/Service Now or Fresh Service is preferred.
• Experience with Data and Network Security protocols and procedures
• Ability to follow policies and procedures, attention to detail.
• Develop, and maintain robust ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources into usable formats for analysis.
• Ability to create data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational/Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in some Information Systems discipline or 3-year technical degree.
• 3 years of experience in File Transfer Systems
• 3 years of Data Base SQL Experience
• 3 years experience in file system management and provisioning
• 3 years experience in data ingestion, transformation, and analysis
• Snowflake and dbt experience are bonus

Supervisory Responsibility : This position will have supervisory responsibilities.

Travel requirements: Travel may be required up to 15% locally or nationally.

Work Conditions: Ability to lift up to 20lbs. Moving lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 50lbs as well as assist with weights of more than 50lbs.
