Well Dunn Catering is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to help manage the entire sales cycle including selling, planning, and executing events. We offer a high first-year earning potential along with a flexible work schedule and robust benefits package.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Pursue new sales prospects and develop client relationships.
• Fully understand all services and products provided by Well Dunn and communicate pricing effectively to clients.
• Design and develop creative menu proposals.
• Plan, oversee, and evaluate contracted events.
• Recognize areas for upselling to maximize revenues.
• Follow company SOPs to maintain Well Dunn standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal and external vendors including rentals, beverages, and other contracted services.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to perform tasks related to sales contracts, client billing, and collections.

• Quick learner and passion for sales and events.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Excellent customer and hospitality skills, ability to interpret clients’ needs.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Tech-savvy.

• 2 years of experience in on/off-premise catering required.
• Experience in full-cycle wedding planning is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Monday - Friday: flexible work schedule and partial remote work after the training period.
• Evening and weekend work is expected based on your event calendar.

• $85,000 - $180,000 OTE.
• Expected 1st Yr: $85,000 - $ 100,000.
• Expected 2nd and 3rd Yr : $100,000 - $180,000.
