Well Dunn Catering is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to help manage the entire sales cycle including selling, planning, and executing events. We offer a high first-year earning potential along with a flexible work schedule and robust benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Pursue new sales prospects and develop client relationships.
Fully understand all services and products provided by Well Dunn and communicate pricing effectively to clients.
Design and develop creative menu proposals.
Plan, oversee, and evaluate contracted events.
Recognize areas for upselling to maximize revenues.
Follow company SOPs to maintain Well Dunn standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Work with internal and external vendors including rentals, beverages, and other contracted services.
Coordinate with the accounting department to perform tasks related to sales contracts, client billing, and collections.
Requirements:
Quick learner and passion for sales and events.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Excellent customer and hospitality skills, ability to interpret clients’ needs.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Tech-savvy.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in on/off-premise catering required.
Experience in full-cycle wedding planning is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: flexible work schedule and partial remote work after the training period.
Evening and weekend work is expected based on your event calendar.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $180,000 OTE.
Expected 1st Yr: $85,000 - $ 100,000.
Expected 2nd and 3rd Yr : $100,000 - $180,000.
