Office Assistant / Negotiator
Job Description
Summary of Position
We are looking for a competent office assistant to help with the organization and running of the company's daily administrative operations.
They help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory, and perform data entry as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop good customer relationships. - Schedule and coordinate meetings. - Email and phone correspondence. - Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed. - Maintaining files. - Ensuring the office runs smoothly and with clearly defined quotas.
-Negotiating with insurance companies (we'll provide training).
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish). - Responsible, goal-oriented, and organized. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask. - Knowledge of computer systems and software programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, QuickBooks - Excellent Communication skills and ability to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions. -Ability to work independently -Negotiation skills -Strong Interpersonal skills -Problem-solving abilities
-Experience in the mitigation, restoration, or any related area.
Type of Employment Full time.
Salary
From $3,000.00 per month commissions
