Payroll Coordinator

We are currently looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to our team!

This position is full time and is located in Richmond, VA. Our payroll department is growing and excited to be adding another member to the team!

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Process New Hire Onboarding
• Process Employee Terminations
• Process Workflow
• Respond to written and verbal Verification of Employments
• Process Payroll Help tickets
• Scanning of employee documents to employee files

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in HR / Payroll
• Experienced in data entry (with attention to detail)
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Enjoyment of Administrative task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft applications
• Maintain employee confidentiality

Currently a hybrid position with a mix of working some days in our Corporate Office in Glen Allen and some days working remote. Employees must be available to work in the corporate office as required by the employee's manager, director, and/or department policy.
